What is an easy, simple, super chocolately brownie recipe?

I don't want to make a big mess in my kitchen but I'd love some super chocolate brownies... A small amount, maybe one 9'' round pan worth. Any ideas?What is an easy, simple, super chocolately brownie recipe?

2 cups white sugar


1 cup butter


1/2 cup cocoa powder


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


4 eggs


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup walnut halves (optional)





DIRECTIONS


Melt the butter or margarine and mix all ingredients in the order given.


Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

1/4 cup flour


2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa


1 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


5 ounces bittersweet chocolate (top-quality) -- broken in 10 pieces


4 tablespoons unsalted butter


3 eggs


3/4 cups granulated sugar


1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


1/4 cup sour cream


4 ounces bittersweet chocolate (top quality) coarsely chopped





Instructions


1-Heat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly butter and flour a 9x9x2-inch square cake pan. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together onto a sheet of waxed paper.


2-In top of a double boiler melt chocolate and butter over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat.


3-In an electric mixer mix eggs, sugar and vanilla on high until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 minutes.


4-Add melted chocolate mixture and mix on medium for 30 seconds. Add flour mixture and mix on low 10 seconds, then on medium 10 seconds. Add sour cream and mix on medium 5 seconds.


5-Scrape around sides and bottom of bowl with a rubber spatula to combine thoroughly. Use spatula to fold in chopped chocolate.


6-Pour batter into cake pan and spread evenly. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.


7-Allow brownies to cool 10 to 15 minutes before cutting with a serrated knife

German Choc. Cake mix


1 8oz cream cheese


1 c sugar


1 c choc. chips


mix cake according to box directions. Cream cheese with sugar. Stir in chips. Drop by spoonfuls into cake mix. Bake according to box directions. Dust warm cake with powderd sugar

3 ounces fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped


1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, chopped


3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into pieces


3/4 cup sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla


2 large eggs


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup all-purpose flour


1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips





Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter and flour an 8-inch square baking pan, knocking out excess flour.


In a heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan melt bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring, until smooth and remove pan from heat. Cool mixture to lukewarm and whisk in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking well until mixture is glossy and smooth. Stir in salt and flour just until combined and stir in chocolate chips.





Spread batter evenly in pan and bake in middle of oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until a tester comes out with crumbs adhering to it. Cool brownies completely in pan on a rack before cutting into 16 squares. Brownies keep, layered between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container at cool room temperature, 5 days

1-1/2 cups crushed chocolate-covered graham crackers (about 17 crackers)


8 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted


1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened


1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter


1 cup powdered sugar


2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate


1 tsp. butter or margarine











PREHEAT oven to 350掳F. Mix crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.


BEAT cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over crust.


MICROWAVE chocolate and 1 tsp. butter in small microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight

Brownie Cupcake





Ingredients:


1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour


1/2 teaspoon salt


4 squares unsweetened chocolate chopped


1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter cut into pieces


1 1/2 cups granulated sugar


4 eggs lightly beaten


2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract


2 cups pecans chopped (optional)





Preheat oven to 350掳F. Line standard muffin pan with baking cups.





In medium bowl, combine flour and salt. In small heavy saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate; stir until blended. In large bowl, combine chocolate mixture with sugar; mix well. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture; mix until blended. If desired, stir in nuts. Distribute brownie mixture evenly into baking cups.





Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cupcakes in pan on cooling rack for 5-8 minutes. Remove cupcakes from pan; cool completely.





Any of our cupcake recipes may be prepared in our Mini Tasty-Fill pans. Spray pans with vegetable pan spray, then fill each with about 1/2 cup batter. Place pans on cookie sheet and bake 14-16 minutes. Cool in pan on cooling grid for about 8 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely before filling and icing.

Cake Brownies





Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350潞F. Spray 8 x 2 in. or 9 x 2 in. square pan with vegetable pan spray or Bake Easy! Non-Stick Spray.





In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In small microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate; let cool slightly. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate; mix well. Stir in flour mixture by hand; mix until just combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.





Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely on rack before cutting.

800grm white sugar


120grm flour


10 eggs


300grm melted butter





Mix all of the ingredients except for the butter, once mixed together add butter at the end.


Put into well buttered/lined pan and cook at 160deg for about 25mins. Test with a wooden skewer will be ready when it comes out slean.
