The Ultimate Brownie is my absolute favorite brownie. It is tall like a cakey-brownie, but is dense like a fudgy-brownie.


INGREDIENTS:





8- 1 ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate


1 cup butter


5 eggs


3 cups sugar


1 tablespoon vanilla


1-1/2 cups flour


1 teaspoon salt


2-1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted


PREPARATION:





Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.


Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside. In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes**. Blend in chocolate, flour and salt until just mixed.Would like a really good brownie recipe?
1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix


1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix


4 eggs


1 cup sour cream


1/2 cup vegetable oil


1/2 cup water


2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Have all ingredients at room temperature.


In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.


Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Just follow the instructions on a Betty Crocker Walnut Brownie Mix





(add chopped pecans)





After they are made (9x9) dish.....and completely cooled,


melt two hershey candy bars (or about 24 hersheys kisses) in a micro dish and ';ice'; the entire pan with the melted choc.





Let that cool completely and cut your 9 or so squares.

1/2 cup light corn syrup


1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1/2 cup white sugar


3 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 cup all-purpose flour


1 cup chopped walnuts


1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


2 tablespoons butter


1 tablespoon light corn syrup


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 cups sliced fresh strawberries (optional)

DIRECTIONS:


Butter and flour a 9 inch round cake pan.


In a pan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup light corn syrup.


Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips until melted.


Remove from heat and add sugar and eggs, and stir until blended.


Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla , flour, and nuts.


Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until center springs back when touched.


Cool in pan 10 minutes. Then place on a cooling rack.


To Make Glaze: Combine chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and corn syrup in pan. Stir over low heat till chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.


Frost tops and sides of torte. Chill until set. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
Make a Duncan Hines Brownie Mix (Family size, regular flavor,)pour Hersheys Chocolate Syrup on it immediately after it cooks. Simple, easy, inexpensive. I get rave reviews on it and everybody wants the recipe everytime I take it to a social event.
BROWNIES





2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate squares


1/3 cup shortening


1 cup sugar


2 eggs


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


3/4 cup all-purpose flour


1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup nuts, chopped





Heat oven to 350 F. Heat chocolate and shortening in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted; remove from heat. Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased pan 8x8x2 inches. Bake until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut into about 2-inch squares.


Fudgy Brownies: Substitute 1/2 cup butter for the shortening.





Increase vanilla to 1 teaspoon. Decrease flour to 1/2 cup and salt to 1/4 teaspoon. Omit baking powder. Spread in greased square pan, 9x9x2 inches or oblong baking dish, 12x7 1/2x2 inches. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.





(9x13 bake for 30-35 minutes).

Easy and Yummy:


1/2 C. Butter or margarine 1/4 C. Cocoa


1 C. granulated sugar 3/4 C. flour


1 t. vanilla 1/2 C. chopped nuts*


2 eggs * if desired





Melt butter, let cool. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, beating well between each one. Stir cocoa and flour together, and blend into creamed mixture. Blend in nuts, if you have them. Put in pan. Backe at 350 F for 25-30 minutes...don't over cook it.





This is also just really good brownie batter, the best I have ever tasted before cooking!
Oh my goodness..you will absolutely LOVE this brownie recipe.The last time i made this, i almost ate the whole thing! =]


DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES








戮 cup all-purpose flour


录 teaspoon baking soda


录 teaspoon salt


戮 cup sugar


1/3 cup butter


2 tablespoons water


1 - 12-oz. pkg. (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 eggs








Preheat oven to 325掳 F. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and water. Bring to boil stirring constantly; remove from heat. Add 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Before stirring in the remaining chocolate chips, be sure that the batter is cooled off, or else it will melt the chocolate chips. Then stir in remaining 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spread into greased 9-inch square baking pan.








BAKE AT: 325 F





TIME: 29-30 MINUTES





COOL: CUT INTO 2 1/4 INCH SQUARES





MAKES: 16 BROWNIES





CHOCOLATE GLAZE


陆 cup heavy cream


1 tablespoon unsalted butter


6 ounces semisweet, chocolate, finely chopped








MAKE THE GLAZE: In a heavy medium saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth.





Pour the warm glaze over the cake and smooth, allowing it to run down the sides. Place the cake in the freezer to firm for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut the brownies and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.Enjoy =]

Pour in a 40 ouncer of rum. The rum is the key. Thats what gives your browies the flavour.
