Any good brownie recipes?

Does anyone have a good recipe for brownies? I have recipes but I would like to know what everyones recipes are like. Thanks!!Any good brownie recipes?
';Chunky Pecan Bars'; - 6 dozen





1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


1/2 cup packed brown sugar


1/2 cup cold butter


FILLING:


3 eggs


3/4 cup sugar


3/4 cup dark corn syrup


2 tbsp. butter; melted


1 tsp. vanilla extract


1 3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chunks


1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans





In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 13x9x2'; baking pan. Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.


Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in chocolate chunks and pecans; pour over crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.








';Rich Chocolate Cake Bars'; - 3 dozen





1/2 cup butter; softened


1 cup sugar


4 eggs


1 tsp. vanilla extract


1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup


1 cup all-purpose flour


1/2 tsp. baking powder


1/4 tsp. salt


1/2 cup chopped nuts


GLAZE:


1 cup sugar


1/3 cup milk


1/3 cup butter; cubed


1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1 tsp. vanilla extract





In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well; stir in syrup. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 15x10x1'; baking pan.


Bake at 350* for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. For glaze, combine the sugar, milk and butter in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute.


Remove from heat; add chips and vanilla. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth; spread over warm bars. Cool on wire rack before cutting.








';Decadent Brownie Pie'; - 10 to 12 servings





2/3 cup butter or margarine; softened


1 1/4 cup sugar


1/2 cup light corn syrup


2 eggs


1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour


1/2 cup baking cocoa


1/2 tsp. salt


3 tbsp. milk


2 cups chopped walnuts


GANACHE:


1 cup whipping cream


8 (1 oz.) squares semisweet chocolate; chopped


Optional toppings: mint Andes candies, raspberries and fresh mint, caramel ice cream topping and whipped cream





In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add corn syrup and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in walnuts. Spread into a greased 10'; springform pan. Bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 1'; from the side of pan comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.


For ganache, in a saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted. Cool completely.


Remove sides of springform pan. Place a wire rack over waxed paper; set brownie on rack. Pour ganache over brownie; spread over top and let drip down the sides. Let stand until set. Cut into wedges; garnish with desired toppings. Store in refrigerator.Any good brownie recipes?

Yes. My husband makes excelent brownies and here's what you do... buy yourself a box of brownie mix. ( trust me. It works.) follow the directions on the box and add 6 bars of regular sized hershey bars. Use your descression with the time limit on keeping it in the oven cause the time limit may vary because of this little addition. When it is done baking, take it out and let it cool on the counter. When it has cooled down, put chocolate fudge frosting on it. This is called, triple fudge brownies and it is good.
Chocolate cheesecake brownies








Ingredients:


Brownies:


1/2 cup butter


4 squares semi-sweet chocolate


2 eggs


1 cup brown sugar


3/4 cup flour


1/4 teaspoon baking powder


1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans








Cheesecake Topping:


1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened


1/2 cup sugar


2 tablespoons butter, softened


2 eggs


2 tablespoons milk


1 tablespoon flour


3 squares semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped








Icing:


1/4 cup sugar


1/4 cup whipping cream


1/2 teaspoon vanilla


2 squares semi-sweet chocolate


2 tablespoons butter











Directions:


Brownies:


Melt butter and chocolate together. Set aside to cool.








In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light. Stir in the flour and baking powder, and the cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in pecans.








Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan.








Cheesecake Topping:


In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and butter until creamy. Beat in eggs, milk and flour. Stir in chopped chocolate. Spread over brownie layer in pan.








Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 - 45 minutes. Cool.








Icing:


Combine sugar, cream and vanilla in a small saucepan. Stir to blend. Place over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes without stirring.








Remove from heat and add chocolate and butter. Stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is slightly cooled and thick enough to spread.








Pour over cooled cake. Chill and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
