Brownie cookie recipes?

im looking for a recipe of brownie cookies. does anyone have any?Brownie cookie recipes?

1 cup caster sugar


1 cup plain flour


2 tablespoons self-raising flour


100g white chocolate, chopped


1/3 cup desiccated coconut


Method


Preheat oven to 180掳C. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.


Place butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Stir cocoa into warm mixture. Cool for 5 minutes.


Stir in eggs and sugar. Sift flours over mixture. Stir to combine. Fold in white chocolate and coconut. Roll heaped tablespoonfuls (see tip) into balls. Place on trays, allowing room to spread. Bake, 1 tray at a time, for 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are a little cracked. Stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.Brownie cookie recipes?
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies recipe


1 cup chocolate chips


1/2 cup butter, softened


1 cup granulated sugar


3 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour


1/4 teaspoon baking soda


3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)





Cookie Dough Layer:


1/2 cup butter, softened


1/2 cup packed brown sugar


3 tablespoons milk


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 cup all-purpose flour


1 cup semisweet chocolate chips





Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.





Brownie Layer: Melt chocolate chips and cool slightly; set aside.





Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well. Stir in melted chocolate.





Combine flour and baking soda; add to batter; stir in nuts. Spread in prepared pan.





Bake for 16-22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.





Cookie Dough Layer: Cream butter and sugars. Beat in milk and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonsful over cooled brownies; carefully spread over top. Store in refrigerator

The Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Cookie





Amount Ingredient :





1 1/3 cup Golden Flavour Crisco


1 cup granulated sugar


2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar


1 tablespoon vanilla


2 eggs


2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour


2/3 cup cocoa


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon salt


1/4 cup milk


1 1/2 cups large, broken pecan or walnut pieces


1 cup Chipits chocolate chips or chopped chocolate





Preparation Tips:





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.





2. Combine Golden Flavour Crisco, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, or until creamy.





3. Add beaten eggs.





4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk beating on low speed about 1 minute, or just until blended.





5. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.





6. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls (about 2 tablespoons for each cookie) on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 6 to 9 at a time, leaving about 3 inches between cookies for spreading.





7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies will still appear soft and moist when baked, but firm up on cooling. Cool 2 minutes, then remove to cooling rack. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
