Im allerigic to wheat and it sucks big time! I usually eat spelt bread but just recently heard that that still has wheat in it! God thats even worse cause that was the only kind of bread I can eat! Every recipe I look at uses Xanthan gum and that stuff is so expensive. Any recipes?!Anyone have any good wheat free cake, brownie, or bread recipes?

I have one for cookies. Use the recipe for toll house but sub oat flour for wheat (use 2/3:1 oat to wheat). Then add the other 1/3 using rolled oats. They are yummy and wheat free. Also try making your own breads using soy flour. You can also contact your local Seventh-day Adventist church. They will have a lot of recipes you can use.
Uh Yeah hey have you checked out your local grocery store? Hill County Fair... Dude they have the best brownie mix that has ever been made on the face of the planet... speaking of which... i'm gonna go make some right now ;) And if you eat spelt bread and it has wheat does that mean you aren't allergic to wheat? Hmmm....
