Does anyone know any really good brownie recipes?

Does anyone have that like secret recipe well maybe not secret, but recipe for brownies that is irresistible. Or a fudge recipe, or a chocolate chip cookie recipe??? ThanksDoes anyone know any really good brownie recipes?
1 cup butter


4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate


2 cups white sugar


4 eggs


1 cup all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1/2 teaspoon salt


2 cups chopped walnuts











Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.


In 3-quart saucepan over very low heat, melt butter or margarine and chocolate, stirring the mixture constantly. Remove from heat, and stir the sugar into the chocolate. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture. Fold in the walnuts. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.


Bake in oven 30 to 35 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted into center come out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.Does anyone know any really good brownie recipes?

3/4 cup unsweet cocoa

Melt butter in a saucepan. In mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, eggs and cocoa. Add to melted butter with oil. Stir until smooth. Stir in nuts and pour into a greased 13x9 in. pan. Bake @ 350 for 35-45 min or until brownies are just pulling away from the edge of the pan. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. USE BREAD FLOUR FOR A DIFFERENT TEXTURE.
Peanut Butter Fudge





1 cup butter, plus more for greasing pan


1 cup creamy peanut butter


1 teaspoon vanilla


1 pound powdered sugar





Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high. Stir %26amp; microwave for 2 more minutes. Add vanilla and powdered sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine. Pour into a buttered 8 inch pan lined with wax paper. Spread out as even as you can. place another piece of waxed paper on the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool. Cut and serve. Can be stored in airtight container for up to a week.





This is very good, everyone loves it. I bring it to almost every get-together and EVERY holiday dinner. It's very sweet, so you might want to cut small pieces.
Chocolate Fudge Brownies


Very easy. Very,very fudge-y!





Ingredients:


1 cup butter


6 squares unsweetened chocolate


4 eggs


2 cups sugar


1 tablespoon vanilla


1/2 cup flour


1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips





Directions:


Melt butter and chocolate together.





In a large bowl beat eggs. Blend in sugar. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla. Stir in flour and chocolate chips.





Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
