Some people add walnuts, others add weedWhat to do with brownie mix so it's not just 'brownies' any ideas? or recipes with brownie mix?
Just a quick thought.....cause I LOVE brownies.......

Take ice cream.....vanilla, banana, mint, or another...

Chop a brownie or two into it and mix (like they do at Coldstones Ice Cream)............mmmmmm, just love that! Mean it!! It's simple and quick. And ...OH SO GOOD!!What to do with brownie mix so it's not just 'brownies' any ideas? or recipes with brownie mix?
I spread a think layer of Cream Cheese. Oh it is sooo good and sinful!
There are usually yummy ideas on the back of the box.
The last time I made brownies I threw in milk, dark and white chocolate chips. The result was sensational.

How about some Rocky road brownies with some tiny marshmallows, coconut and dark choc chips.
for your brownie mix, you can create different creations:

it can be:

1. cashew brownies

(add cashew on top)

2. walnut brownies

(topped w/ walnuts)

3. rocky road brownies

(topped w/ walnut, chocolate chips, marsmallow %26amp; chocolate syrup)

4. double chocolate

(mix w/ chocolate chips %26amp; topped a litlle chocolate chips on it)

5. Brownie Cake

(topped w/ganache icing)

6. Brownie Cupcake

(baked plain brownies mix on a cupcake pan)

goodluck!
Ok, here it goes.

Make a batch of double or triple fudge brownies. Then, pour a can of Cherry pie filling over them.

Next, take about a 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream. Use a double boiler pan (one pan of water with another pan inside it) and melt a bar of semi-sweet chocolate into the cream.

Then drizzle the cream/chocolate over the pie filling.

I cann these Black forrest brownies and they go over extremely well. BUT, be careful, they are VERY rich, so serve smaller pieces.

Enjoy.
If you are sick of ';just brownies,'; you've been eating them too often. Try some fruit for a change. Or switch to tiramisu, or pineapple fluff.

That said, just make the brownies, top with some ice cream, and then top with some chocolate you've melted in the microwave. And then a cherry on top, or some sprinkles.

Enjoy!
