Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Recipes Needed Can You Share Yours?

I had this most amazing tasting brownie .... regular brownie with a chocolate chip cookie dough type topping...Do you know how to make it?

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies recipe


1 cup chocolate chips


1/2 cup butter, softened


1 cup granulated sugar


3 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour


1/4 teaspoon baking soda


3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)





Cookie Dough Layer:


1/2 cup butter, softened


1/2 cup packed brown sugar


3 tablespoons milk


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 cup all-purpose flour


1 cup semisweet chocolate chips





Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.





Brownie Layer: Melt chocolate chips and cool slightly; set aside.





Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well. Stir in melted chocolate.





Combine flour and baking soda; add to batter; stir in nuts. Spread in prepared pan.





Bake for 16-22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.





Cookie Dough Layer: Cream butter and sugars. Beat in milk and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonsful over cooled brownies; carefully spread over top. Store in refrigerator.Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Recipes Needed Can You Share Yours?

Ingredients


1 - package brownie mix (with chocolate syrup pouch)


1/3 - cup vegetable oil


1/4 - cup water


2 - eggs


1 - pouch chocolate chip cookie mix


1/2 - cup butter or margarine, softened


1 - egg





Dark Chocolate Frosting


3 - tablespoons butter or margarine


2 - tablespoons corn syrup


2 - tablespoons water


2 - ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped


2 - teaspoon vanilla


3/4 to 1 - cup powdered sugar





Directions


Preheat oven to 350潞F. Grease bottom only of rectangular baking pan, 13x9x2 inches.


Make brownies according to package directions, using oil, water and 2 eggs. Spread in pan.


Make cookie mix as directed on pouch, using butter and 1 egg.


Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls evenly onto brownie batter; press down lightly.


Bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.


To make frosting, in 1-quart saucepan, heat butter, corn syrup and water to boiling.


Then remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted.


Beat in vanilla and enough powdered sugar, using wire whisk, until spread-able.
The grocery store Trader Joes sells the most amazing chocolate, chocolate chip brownie mix. They are rich, dense, and fudgy. I have one box left, better go buy more. You can find store locations online. Try them !!!
